Jackfruit “Crab” Stuffed Portobello Mushroom
Tender jackfruit is shredded and spiced with Old Bay Seasoning along with sauteed sweet peppers and celery to mimic the flavors of a more traditional crab cake style filling. A touch of our homemade paleo mayonnaise and flax meal help create the delectable “crab” mixture which is then stuffed into whole portobellos and roasted together until lightly toasted. (A medium order comes with one portobello, and a large order comes with two).
