Southwestern Braised Beef over Green Cauliflower “Rice” with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
Our beef chuck is from only 100% USA raised angus cattle. Flavorful beef chuck roast is slowly stewed with southwestern spices until meltingly tender and hand shredded. Served overtop a bed of oven roasted onions and peppers that have been mixed with our popping green cauliflower “rice” and with a side of homemade roasted tomatillo salsa.
