Smoked Salmon and Fennel Cakes with Dill Dressing and Carrot Noodles
Hot smoked salmon is folded together with fennel, onion, eggs, herbs and a small amount of almond flour. We then sear the cakes and served them with a side of our our creamy dill vinaigrette. Served over a bed of lightly blanched carrot noodles.
