Seared Wild Salmon with Red Potatoes, Braised Kale, Lemon and Olives
Our wild salmon filets are simply seasoned with a little salt and pepper and then seared. Kale and red potatoes are cooked together with aromatics and a squeeze of lemon, then finished with some pitted green olive slices.
