Wild salmon filets are simply seasoned with salt and pepper and seared. They are served over a bed of marinated and grilled summer zucchini and red bell peppers tossed with roasted garlic and fresh basil. Our gluten free Romesco sauce is composed of pureed roasted red bell peppers, tomatoes, toasted nuts and dried chilies. A bright and delicious accompaniment to the tastes of summer in this dish.
