Seared Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Brussels Sprouts & House Made Bacon
Pork tenderloin is marinated with herbs, garlic, and a touch of olive oil and then seared medium and sliced. It is served with seasonal brussels sprouts that have been roasted along with our home made paleo bacon. Our bacon is slow cooked sous vide for 12 hours and then lightly hickory smoked, finally being crisped up for this dish. Savory and full of flavor with minimal ingredients.
