Herb Roasted Shrimp with Sweet Potato & Kale Hash
We toss our sustainably sourced plump shrimp with herbs, garlic, and a touch of olive oil and roast them until just cooked. They are served over a combination of roasted sweet potatoes and a smattering of caramelized onions with wilted kale. A straightforward and well-rounded meal.
