Herb Roasted Shrimp with Spice Roasted Cauliflower, Brussels, Crispy Chickpeas & Yellow Pepper Aioli
We toss our plump shrimp with herbs, garlic, and a touch of olive oil and roast them until just cooked. Served over a bed of shaved Brussels sprouts and cauliflower florets that are roasted along with chickpeas and a light sprinkle of jerk spice. We serve it with a side of homemade yellow pepper aioli.
