Herb Roasted Shrimp with Roasted Brussels Sprouts & House Made Bacon
We toss our plump, responsibly raised shrimp with herbs, garlic, and a touch of olive oil and then roast them until just cooked. They are served with seasonal brussels sprouts that have been roasted along with our home made paleo bacon. Our bacon is slow cooked sous vide for 12 hours and then lightly hickory smoked, finally being crisped up for this dish. Savory and full of flavor with minimal ingredients.
