Herb Roasted Shrimp with Butternut Squash & Brussels Hash and Roasted Garlic & Dijon Sauce
We toss our plump shrimp with herbs, garlic, and a touch of olive oil and roast them until just cooked. Sliced and roasted Brussels sprouts are combined with sauteed butternut squash and aromatics that are combined into a flavorful hash. Served with a side of tangy roasted garlic and Dijon sauce.
