Grass Fed Beef & Pork Meatballs with Roasted Brussels Sprouts & House Made Bacon
Grass fed ground beef and ground pork are folded together with finely ground roasted vegetables and spices to create a flavorful meatball with extra vegetables already inside! They are served with seasonal brussels sprouts that have been roasted along with our home made paleo bacon. Our bacon is slow cooked sous vide for 12 hours and then lightly hickory smoked, finally being crisped up for this dish. Savory and full of flavor with minimal ingredients.
