Grass Fed Beef Andouille Sausage, Sweet Potato and Kale Hash

Pasture raised and finished beef andouille sausages are lightly grilled. We serve them sliced and tossed with roasted sweet potatoes with sautéed kale and caramelized pearl onions. A flavorful dish great for breakfast or on its own any time of day!
