Chili Spiced Shrimp over Green Cauliflower “Rice” with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
Our plump shrimp are tossed with southwest spices and then roasted. We serve them overtop a bed of oven roasted onions and peppers that have been mixed with our popping green cauliflower “rice” and with a side of homemade roasted tomatillo salsa.
