Our tomato cauliflower pilaf is a blend of cauliflower rice, aromatic vegetables and organic tomato. It is served topped with diced ancho chili marinated Red Bird chicken breast. To round out the flavors we serve this dish with sides of orange pickled red onions and a smashed avocado crema prepared with cashew cream and lime juice. A delightful contrast of flavors and textures.
